• Live Chat is only available 10am-10pm – Although most UK players are unlikely to require additional assistance, it is a shame that SportNation live chat service is only available for 12 hours a day. We live in a 24-hour society and a significant number of UK punters will place bets overnight or whilst having their breakfast. As a result, it’s a shame that they will have to wait until 10am to speak to an operative.
• Lack of live streaming – Although it is possible to watch all UK horse racing meetings with SportNation UK, the lack of live sporting events has been chalked up as a negative. SportNation live betting page is superb and it is easy to navigate to between ongoing events, however, the addition of live pictures would greatly enhance their live betting offering.
• No welcome bonus – Until fairly recently, SportNation offered its players a generous welcome bonus, however, I was unable to find any evidence of this and I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to claim a bonus upon signing up for an account. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the wide variety of ongoing promotions and bonuses and I was able to benefit from these on a weekly basis. 

Conclusion

There is a lot to like about SportNation bet and although there are undoubtedly improvements to be made, they’ve already managed to exceed far more experienced online bookmakers. I must admit that I was looking forward to reviewing this online bookmaker as I’d heard favourable reports from friends and fellow punters. Sadly, the selection is still a little limited, however, as an e-wallet user, I was able to make a deposit using PayPal.
