• No phone number: Although I personally enjoy live chat, I know many of you like having the option to speak to a customer support member over the phone.
• Glitches: Something we see too often at MansionBet is sportsbooks like BetGoodwin which have unresponsive buttons. Some simple maintenance could fix this quickly.

Conclusion

There are several things which could be improved to make a more competitive sportsbooks of BetGoodwin (including a casino). However, I did not find the weaknesses to be enough of a drawback to ruin my time at the sportsbook.
