Top Picks for World Cup Day 30 | July 11th

Norway vs England

Over 2.5 Goals (-135)

Norway caused a bit of a surprise by beating Brazil in the Round of 16 and denying Carlo Ancelotti's side a chance to face England in Miami. The Norwegians are exceptionally well supported in the US, and they will be roaring on their nation once again here. They were fairly good value for their victory, although they needed Orjan Nyland to save a first-half penalty to avoid being taken to extra time.

Although there are several talented players in the squad, the spotlight is always likely to shine on Erling Haaland. The Man City striker has now scored in 14 consecutive international games, netting 27 times in total. He's shown that he can score a variety of goals throughout the tournament, and with England's injury-hit defence having looked a little flimsy, he will surely relish this opportunity to maintain his scoring streak.

England were involved in a thrilling contest against Mexico and required some defensive heft to deny the co-hosts. Thomas Tuchel's side were highly impressive in trying circumstances, with Jarrell Quansah's red card not helping matters either. They are short of options at right-back, forcing the German boss into yet another reshuffle.

At the other end of the pitch, England certainly appears to be firing on all cylinders, and with both Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham in flying form, they feel unlikely to draw a blank in this one. The latter has produced some sensational displays this tournament and is a tempting price to continue his scoring streak.

🗸 Long Shot: Norway 2-2 England - Correct Score (+1200)
🗸 Extra Tip: Jude Bellingham to Score Anytime (+266)

Argentina vs Switzerland

Half Time Result - Draw (+116)

Argentina have had two fairly lucky escapes in the knock-out rounds. Having looked untouchable throughout the group stage, they were taken to extra time by minnows Cape Verde, requiring an own goal to squeeze past the Island nation. This was followed by a topsy-turvy 3-2 victory over Egypt, a game in which they found themselves two goals down before completing the fightback in stoppage time. Lionel Messi got himself on the scoresheet, but also missed a penalty in the first half, and it was Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez who came to the rescue with a late header.

Although they've shown the talent and determination to turn these games around, there is some concern about their defensive displays. They haven't looked particularly adept or confident at the back, and the Swiss will fancy their chances of breaking through.

Switzerland got taken all the way to penalties by Colombia on Tuesday night. Murat Yakin's side are a tough nut to crack, and they came up against equally obstinate opposition in Vancouver. It wasn't a particularly enjoyable game for the neutral, and the Swiss may also aim to keep it tight here. They will be hoping that Johan Manzambi is fit enough to return to the XI and provide some much-needed creativity. Without him, they perhaps lack the X-Factor to make it through.

🗸 Long Shot: Argentina to Win in Overtime (+850)
🗸 Extra Tip: Both Teams to Score? Yes (+110)
