• Lack of live streaming – live streaming allows UK punters to enjoy live coverage of several ongoing events. These tend to span across a variety of sports and in-play bettors tend to benefit from watching these matches as they can follow the flow and momentum of the contest. Sadly, 10bet do not offer this service and it would be a welcome addition to their sportsbook.
• Slow live chat responses – Although this wasn’t necessarily make or break, I was a little disappointed to find that the 10bet live chat took almost 10 minutes to load and a further 5 minutes to get through to an operator. Although the nature of my enquiry wasn’t urgent, this would have been extremely frustrating if I was requiring a quick fix.
• Welcome bonus isn’t overly generous – Although 50% up to £50 is a fairly average welcome bonus, I found that several UK bookmakers were offering more generous bonuses. I was also disappointed that Skrill and Neteller deposits did not qualify for the welcome bonus.  

The positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to betting with 10bet, however, if they could add a live streaming service to their sportsbook, then it would greatly enhance their offering.  

As a football fanatic, I was really looking forward to joining and betting with 10bet.
