10Bet Strengths and Weaknesses

There are several online sportsbooks who are each offering a similar service to UK punters. Each of these betting sites will have numerous strengths and weaknesses and we’ve picked out some of the pros and cons of betting with 10Bet.

✔️ 10Bet Strengths

  • Wide variety of odds and markets – Every player will have different requirements when it comes to betting and 10Bet has virtually everything covered. They have an impressively wide selection of betting markets, with a particular emphasis on football. Even if you prefer to bet on low-profile events or competitions, these always seem to be available with the odds priced up several days in advance.
  • 10Bet app is slick and efficient –There are a wide variety of betting apps currently available, however, 10Bet appear to have created one of the best. The app has recently been updated and it is incredibly slick and rarely suffers from technical problems. If you’re looking to bet on pre-match markets or simply indulge in some live in-play action whilst on the move, then this is one of the best apps on the market.
  • Regular free bets and incentives for existing players – If You enjoy regularly betting on football, then 10Bet has a number of promotions which offer free bets on a variety of high-profile events. 10Bet offers £5 free bets if a particular player (usually a striker) scores and you can also join the The Ten Club, a VIP program offering regular rewards to existing players.
  • Easy to build accumulators and regular boosts – If you enjoy betting on accumulators at the weekend, then 10Bet UK is the ideal bookmaker. They make it exceptionally straightforward to add selections to your betting slip and they also offer accumulator boosts to help ensure that your potential returns are enhanced.

❌10Bet Weaknesses

  • Lack of live streaming – live streaming allows UK punters to enjoy live coverage of several ongoing events. These tend to span across a variety of sports and in-play bettors tend to benefit from watching these matches as they can follow the flow and momentum of the contest. Sadly, 10Bet do not offer this service and it would be a welcome addition to their sportsbook.
  • Slow live chat responses – Although this wasn’t necessarily make or break, I was a little disappointed to find that the 10Bet live chat took almost 10 minutes to load and a further 5 minutes to get through to an operator. Although the nature of my enquiry wasn’t urgent, this would have been extremely frustrating if I was requiring a quick fix.
  • Welcome bonus isn’t overly generous – Although 50% up to £50 is a fairly average welcome bonus, I found that several UK bookmakers were offering more generous bonuses. I was also disappointed that Skrill and Neteller deposits did not qualify for the welcome bonus.

The positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to betting with 10Bet, however, if they could add a live streaming service to their sportsbook, then it would greatly enhance their offering.

10Bet review by Jack Critchley

As a football fanatic, I was really looking forward to joining and betting with 10Bet. Having established itself in 2003, 10Bet UK has become synonymous with its football offering and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Whether you’re looking to wager on the Belgian Jupiler League or the German 3.Liga, these competitions can easily be located on the 10Bet home page. I enjoyed the sheer number of live in-play markets (over 25,000 events per month!) and this really came to life during busy periods such as a Saturday afternoon or Tuesday evening.

Away from football, I found that 10Bet offered a decent variety of odds on horse racing, greyhounds, NFL and rugby league.

As a fan of a weekend accumulator, I was delighted with the ease at which I was able to add selections to my betting slip. It was also incredibly straightforward to do using 10Bet’s mobile app.

10Bet have recently updated their mobile app, and it is incredibly easy to download from their website or from an app store. The app is now incredibly slick and easy to navigate. I encounter very few technical gremlins and I found it very straightforward to place bets whilst on the move.

10Bet’s range of promotions is solid enough and all new players can benefit from 50% deposit bonus up to £50. Existing players haven’t been forgotten either with weekly promotions which allow you to claim various rewards. These are often linked to specific sporting competitions such as the Premier League or the Champions League. The Ten Club also offers you the chance to join the VIP Program with regular players being rewarded for their loyalty. This is a great addition and if you’re planning to do the majority of your betting with 10Bet, then it’s strongly advised that you sign up.

10Bet also offered a wide variety of payment methods including Apple Pay. This was particularly notable as some UK bookmakers do not offer this as an option. Although I made the majority of my deposits using an e-wallet, it was pleasing to see that 10Bet has expanded the number of methods and this gives players a far greater choice when it comes to funding their accounts.

Overall, I found that 10Bet was an incredibly likable and easy-to-use online bookmaker. If you’re looking for simplicity and a comprehensive choice of betting markets, then this is the ideal sportsbook. Sadly, it does not offer live streaming and they could potentially offer non-football betting players a few more promotions, however as 75% of my bets tend to be placed on football markets, I had very few complaints!

They are fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under license number 43173. They help to ensure fair play and are constantly checking that 10Bet fulfils its promises and doesn’t leave players short-changed.

They also use SSL Encryption technology to help ensure that player details are kept safe and secure.

10Bet’s Best Sports Features

In order to become one of the top UK bookmakers, you must ensure that you have plenty of features to keep players satisfied. Luckily, 10Bet have plenty of features which guarantee that their players can enjoy the best possible betting experience.

10Bet Accumulator Boosts

If like me, you enjoy placing an accumulator at the weekend, then 10Bet’s accumulator boost is a very welcome addition. If you place an accumulator containing three or more selections, then 10Bet will boost your winnings by up to 50% if your accumulator is successful. This is a fantastic feature as it gives players an extra incentive to try and land an ambitious multiple bet.

10Bet Cash Out

Like most of betting sites in the UK, 10Bet offer a cash out function and this is available on all sports. It’s a great way of guaranteeing a return even if your chosen match has yet to be completed. It helps to partially eliminate the frustration of being on the receiving end of a last minute equaliser or witnessing your chosen team lose their shape and discipline and throw away a one goal lead.

Your Bet Your Way

You can now create your own bet using the 10Bet mobile app. This is currently available on both football and basketball matches and allows you to mix and match your markets. This is a great way of creating the perfect bet, and is ideal for anyone who is planning to sit down and watch an upcoming televised match. You can choose from goals, corner, cards and goal-scorer markets.

10Bet’s Mobile Apps 📱

10Bet have recently updated their mobile app and it is one of the best on the market. The 10Bet app reflects the mobile site with access to over 25,000 sports betting markets at your fingertips. You can also sign up for an account, make a deposit and qualify for bet boosts and cash out using the mobile app.

It is easy to download and is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Installation takes less than five minutes and it is incredibly simple to sign in to your 10Bet account using a handheld device.

The app is stylish and I found the 10Bet app incredibly easy to navigate. It is straightforward to create an accumulator using the 10Bet app and I found it very easy to navigate between the various football markets. There is also a comprehensive live in-play betting section available on the app and it’s possible to follow the progress of your bets on your Smartphone or Tablet.

Banking  Options

I was suitably impressed by the range of deposit methods available with 10Bet. They offer Visa, e-wallets such as PayPal, Neteller, Skrill and Bank Wire Transfer as well as Apple Pay. The latter is significant as Apple Pay has become an increasingly popular way of purchasing online goods and services and isn’t offered by all UK bookmakers. It is an incredibly quick way of depositing and if you’re using the 10Bet app, then you won’t even need to switch devices.

All deposit methods are completely free of charge and players can get started from just £10.

When it comes to making a withdrawal, I found that 10Bet were amongst the quickest. However, they will occasionally request additional documents such as a driving license or proof of address. The majority of withdrawals are processed in 1-3 days, however, if you opt to use an e-wallet, you are likely to receive your winnings within 48 hours.

10Bet Customer Support

Although the majority of players will rarely encounter an issue whilst betting with 10Bet, there will occasionally be problems which need resolving. Luckily, 10Bet offer a variety of ways to contact them and these are available 24/7 365 days a year. Unlike other UK sportsbooks, 10Bet’s 24/7 customer support is superb news for those players who require an instant response to their query.

Live chat is the easiest and most effective way of speaking directly to an operative. This can be easily accessed via the home page and although I had to wait five minutes to be connected to an advisor, I found them to be professional and helpful throughout.

Although I was left a little disappointed by the FAQ section of the 10Bet site, I was impressed by the speed of their response to my email. They can also be contacted using social media and there is also a dedicated telephone line.
