• Mobile Site: I would be shocked to find a sports bettor that doesn't have a phone with data. The advancement of technology means players can bet away from their home computer. This means that mobile sites need to be up to snuff. Unfortunately, we didn't like using the mobile site. It was glitchy and unpleasant.  
   
• Dead Links: This is a small gripe but when browsing the site, we noticed that certain links lead nowhere. While this isn't necessarily a big deal, it makes the website appear cheap or poor. It's not a good look. 
   
• Withdrawal Limits: According to reports, withdrawals can be approved in 72 hours, which seems long. As well, customers have sent feedback about the withdrawal limits, such as minimum withdrawals being low.

It’s easy to see that the strengths of Fezbet outweigh the weaknesses. But Fezbet needs to address the state of their mobile site ASAP. Other than that, it’s evident that Fezbet does a lot well.

Those wanting to play on the go will have to play with their mobile version. Fezbet does not currently offer a standalone mobile betting app for its site. Using the mobile version, it is clear that you can accomplish the same experience as the desktop version. This includes placing bets, markets available and other portions of their sportsbook and casino. 

However, the mobile version of their site is not great. When scrolling through, it was glitchy and ads kept popping up. Games I didn't click appeared on my screen, making for an unpleasant experience. In a pinch, Fezbet's mobile version will work. But we would recommend sticking to the desktop version as it provides a better betting experience.

Opening the account was straightforward. It was easy to follow and we had no issue registering the account. All of the necessary information appears standard from bookmaker to bookmaker. The process took less than a minute and we had no gripes.

Overall, there is nothing virtually wrong with their payment and banking plans. Some reports said processing a withdrawal could take up to 72 hours, but it seems to be processed within 1 business day for the majority of folks.

There is no reason to believe that Fezbet is not a safe betting site. The brand uses a license based out of Curacao, which could raise eyebrows but we did not find any evidence to not trust Fezbet. They use SSL encryption to protect data, which is another green flag for the company. 
 
Several bookmakers use the Curacao license and although there may be better potential regulators, we fully believe Fezbet is safe and reliable. Canadian bettors can sign up and play on Fezbet, but users in Ontario may face difficulty due to the province’s own gambling restrictions.

Is Fezbet Legal in Ontario?

Fezbet is considered an offshore online bookmaker and is not fully legal in Ontario.

Fezbet offers 24/7 live chat and e-mail support but the FAQ section could be more detailed and thorough. There are bookmakers that virtually answer every question imaginable or break down the process into sub-sections that can provide more detailed answers.

As said, Fezbet does a decent job in providing customer service but I think they could greatly improve. 

Overall, you will accomplish what you want using their provided methods. But I think their help centre could be so much more.

Fezbet is a newish bookmaker with tons of potential. They offer great promotions, a solid welcome bonus and (basically) every sport imaginable. For a brand trying to breakthrough on the scene, they are off to a hot start. 
 
This is one of the few sites where we'd suggest using the desktop version only. However, you CAN get away with using Fezbet on mobile devices, but the experience isn't as smooth. With that being said, those limited to a mobile device only will be able to play on Fezbet. 

Overall, we recommend this new betting site. Fezbet is growing its name and they are taking the right stops. We're excited to see how Fezbet can continue to grow in the coming years.
