The second day of the Galway festival takes centre stage on Tuesday, though there are also meetings of interest at Beverley, Ffos Las, Goodwood, Lingfield and Yarmouth across the UK and Ireland for punters to peruse. Best Tip #1:  Gaucher – Galway, 16:50<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A horse trained by Willie Mullins has won five of the last renewals of the Colm Quinn BMW Novice Hurdle and Gaucher could be the latest entry from that stable to carry the torch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The progressive sort has improved in each of his last three outings, culminating in a superb win at Punchestown by 15 lengths when last seen in June. A 132 rating today sets a good bar and Gaucher is taken to live up to his billing in Galway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henry De Bromhead could also have a shot at glory with Le Coq Hardi. The 5-year-old arrives in good form having won twice in his last three starts and though he is worse off in handicapping terms than Gaucher, he could threaten again over this trip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gale Mahler meanwhile, has won five races in a row and is worth a market check on online horse racing betting sites<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best Tip #2: Noble Dynasty – Goodwood, 15:00<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Class 1 race at Goodwood has the potential to be an exciting contest, though the nod is given to Noble Dynasty. Charlie Appleby’s charge won over 7f at Newmarket in May ahead of today’s rival English Oak and Noble Dynasty looked the part again when winning the Criterion at the same track a month later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 6-year-old seems to be on the up and if his trajectory is maintained, he should be difficult to stop here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kinross is another name to watch, despite some patchy recent form. The 7-year-old managed to claim the spoils in two of the last three renewals of this race (2021 & 2023) and came close in between when beaten by a neck in 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An 8th-place finish at Newmarket in July was a disappointment, however, Kinross could produce another big run at his favourite circuit today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best Roughie: Lord Warburton – Beverley, 14:10<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lord Warburton is lurking with menace just outside the tighter prices in the first race of the day at Beverley. He upset the odds to win for the first time in four years at Pontefract last month and followed that up with another solid effort to third at Beverley in early July. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eased up 1lb in the rankings, the 7-year-old could make light of a big price today over a slightly shorter trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time Easterby’s Evelyn’s Phoenix has been enjoying the most backing on betting apps<\/a>, however. The dependable performer has a record of 3-2-4-2-1 from his last five races, with both of his second-place finishes secured at Beverley in June and July. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fresh from a win at Carlisle over 1m 1f 19 days ago, Evelyn’s Phoenix should have the confidence to be a major player again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
