The Stayers\u2019 Hurdle is a Group One National Hunt competition, open to horses aged four years and older. It takes place on the 4,785 metre New Course at Cheltenham, consists of 12 hurdles and is one of the most prestigious long-distance horse races in Britain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klassical Dream currently heads the market at 9\/2, and he did win the Stayers\u2019 Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival last season on his final run. Thomas Darby for Olly Murphy produced a brilliant staying performance to beat Paisley Park in the Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury.
